Returns

We accept returns on eligible non-herbal products within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused
  • The item must be in its original condition
  • The item must include all original packaging and accessories, if applicable
  • Proof of purchase must be provided

Herbal Products & Consumable Items

Due to the nature of our products, all herbal items, teas, cacao, and other consumable wellness products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
