Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment has been received.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Please note that processing times do not include shipping transit times.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship orders within the United States only.
Although Live Love Life Freedom LLC is registered in Florida, all orders are fulfilled and shipped from California.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

- Missing apartment/unit numbers
- Unclaimed packages
- Failure to update shipping information
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply before reshipment.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once an order has been delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout, Ur Spiritual Store is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.
If your package appears to be lost or damaged during transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will assist you in contacting the shipping carrier and determining the next steps.
